The Living Taproom is owned and operated by husband-and-wife team Colin and Andria Wunder. Andria will be running the day-to-day operations and comes from a background in hospitality management.
The Living Taproom started as a vision that evolved from a trip to the Midwest. Andria and Colin visited a self-serve taproom while vacationing and fell in love with the idea of creating your own tasting experience.
At the time, Andria wasn’t very knowledgeable about beer and generally opted for the safe bets of ciders or wine. While visiting the Midwest taproom, she was able to learn about each beer, read through the tasting notes at her own pace, pour her own samples and genuinely learned to love beer.
Her passion to share this experience with all of Tacoma was born from this one experience.
